Hinglish isn’t a language setting on most tools, which is exactly why most tools break on it. Choose Hindi and everything comes back in Devanagari, including the English half of your sentence. Choose English and the Hindi words come back as nonsense that merely sounds similar. Choose either and some tools quietly translate instead of transcribing — you said one thing on camera and the captions say another.

How is this different from your Hindi caption page?
The Hindi page is for speech that should be written in Devanagari — आज मैं आपको बताने वाला हूँ. This page is for speech that mixes Hindi and English and should be written in Roman letters — “aaj main aapko batane wala hoon”. Same video, two very different-looking captions. Pick whichever your audience reads without thinking.
Why do generic caption tools mangle Hinglish?
They pick one language per file and commit to it. Set Hindi and the English words get transliterated into Devanagari; set English and the Hindi words get guessed at from sound alone. Neither expects a sentence to change language halfway through, which is what Hinglish does in almost every line.
Will it spell romanised words the way I do?
Roman Hindi has no agreed spelling — “kyun”, “kyu” and “kyon” are all in circulation. CaptionCandy writes the common form, and every word stays editable, so if your channel spells things a particular way you tap and retype. Word timing is unaffected by changing the text.
