Cancel anytime from the plan menu in the editor — no questions asked. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made for a started billing period are not refunded, except where required by law or when the service was materially unavailable.
The Lifetime plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days the purchase is final.
If you were charged and did not receive plan benefits (for example a payment succeeded but your plan did not activate), contact us — verified cases are refunded in full or credited, your choice.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.
Email support@captioncandy.com from your account email with the payment id (visible in your Razorpay receipt).
