Cancel anytime from the plan menu in the editor — no questions asked. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Charges for a billing period that has already started are final. You can use the free tier anytime to try the app before subscribing.
Top-ups are a one-time purchase of Candy Ultra minutes. They are non-refundable once the payment completes, because the minutes are credited to your account immediately and can be spent right away. There is nothing to cancel — a top-up never renews and never charges you again. Unused minutes expire 12 months after purchase and are not refunded or extended at expiry. The free tier is there to try the app before you buy.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a payment that succeeded but never activated your plan — contact us and we’ll make it right, either by activating the plan you paid for or reversing the erroneous charge to your original payment method via Razorpay.
